This post is just going to be a short and sweet one (kinda like me, LOL’s JK)
I keep getting messages asking me where Foodie Friday has gone.
Sorry guys- but I have been so poorly I have hardly eaten, and when I have it’s been proper plain and boring, and a recipe for plain toast didn’t kind of have an sassy appeal to it.
BUT I am feeling 100% better for the first time in god knows how long, can we get all the woo emojis right now. Although I am back to eating, I have decided to get rid of the Foodie Friday spot and just upload recipes when they fit in. I am really focussing on my health and fitness right now, and trying to get back to my goal weight I was before the operation, so the meals I am eating are all low-carb, high fats and high protein and believe that they would make a better fit in having a different post rather than a Foodie Friday slot.
It’s also SUPER hard to make sure you have a different type of recipe up every week, with the photos all pristine and giving out all those food porn feels, so it’s time to say goodbye to the Foodie Friday slot- and say HELLO to healthy recipes that will be popping up on the blog from time to time.
I will also be uploading more recipes to my Instagram: (FYI Follow me at @amandabootes) rather than just the pictures- so make sure you are keeping up to date with my feed for easy, healthy recipes right on your IG feed. What more could you want?
I absolutely love your support with the Foodie Friday slots- and love seeing your pictures and comments on the recipes that you try out at home, and hope that you will continue to do so with the other recipes on the blog because it makes me blush inside.
You guys are da best.
