Now you guys know me, I’m as basic as it comes, and that is exactly why the thought of filling my home with fresh, beautiful flowers fills my heart with joy.
There’s just something about having something so pretty, so fresh and natural in your house that can just instantly lift not only your mood, but the ambiance and aesthetic appeal of your home- and don’t just take my word for it, there’s been tons of research (seriously google it) on the positive impact that having flowers inside your home can have on you, they are known to help with reducing depression and anxiety as well as increasing emotional contact with friends and family. Other research has also found that by having flowers in your home or work space can promote more positive energy and can also help increase creativity. That’s mental right?
Just by having a bunch of flowers around your being can have such a huge influence on your mind and body. So now you have no excuse but to make sure that you are getting enough Vitamin F (flowers) in your life.
But how does it work?
Through a flowers bright colour, and connection to nature, we are able to grab an energy from the inside out and mirror those energetic and bright vibes as well as increase our own creativity. Plus their scent is an incredible way of trigging memories, so by choosing familiar bouquets that bring back fond memories of happy events in your life is another brilliant way of using these little flowers to their best benefit.
And what better way to do so, that by treating your friends/family or even yourself with a gorgeous bunch of flowers from OK Bouquet– a family run business with over 30 years experience in producing beautiful bouquets for all occasions at affordable prices.
What I love about their flowers, is that they don’t OVER DO their arrangements, they carry a relaxed informal, ‘just-picked’ style that just creates a rustic country feel when placed in a room. And of course the size of their bouquets are insane. The bunch that I received easily filled two separate vases, and just made my room look so much more chic, by having fresh cut flowers in two places.
Plus they were literally the most gorgeous bunch I have seen in a long while- considering they had just been couriered and delivered! Packed full of fresh shrubbery, ajonka blooms, pink avalanche roses, agapanthus, bouvardia and parviola (or at least that’s what their website tells me, all I know is that they look so darn pretty!!)
The biggest thing for me when purchasing flowers is their durability and reliability in how long they are going to last, I’ve spent good money on bunches for them to start to wilt and die the day after, but my OK bunch lasted a good 5/6 days before they started to look a little bit sorry for themselves.
OK Bouquets luxury bouquets range from £30-£40 and there is guaranteed next day delivery (UK MAINLAND) when you order before 12 noon. So there’s absolutely no reason why your home cant be filled with beautiful flowers by tomorrow. (Unless you are reading this post after 12 noon obvs).
*Disclaimer: I was sent the Sylvie bunch from OK Bouquet free of charge in exchange for this review. This being said all thoughts, feelings and opinions are my own unless stated otherwise.
