Get Ginspired this World Gin Day

It’s no surprise that Gin is still very much sitting comfortably on top as one of the most sought after and brought drinks in the UK, especially when paired with a good quality tonic and a slice of choice. There is very little that can compete with the refreshing and sophisticated taste; especially now that the summer months are finally on their way. Shops have jumped on board with this Gin trend, and we just do not care. With products dropping onto their shelves from every end of the spectrum. From Gin and Tonic toothpaste (lets just hope it doesn’t taste like the morning after gin) to beauty products through to clothes, household essentials and food.

In celebration of World Gin Day 2017, I have rounded up my favourite ginspired gifts, to get you in the gin-mood, you are gin-welcome.

Four Pillars Gin Chocolates by Paul A Young- From £2*
The extremely talented and inspirational British chocolatier Paul A Young has taken on the floral and distinct flavour of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin- made in the Yarra Valley, Australia as part of his Summer Collection which sees the flavours inside each dark and decadent chocolate compliment the flavour of the botanicals to perfection. Expect a crisp, dark chocolate shell with a deep, intense filling. Treat yourself here.

Caorunn Gin- £28:
The beautiful floral flavour of Caorunn from the Speyside in Scotland contains depth in every drop. You guys already know how much I adore the sweet and crisp taste of caorunn already and has already featured on my blog a fair few times, so I couldn’t do a Gin Round-up and not include this incredible fresh, floral and oh so moreish gin. Pair with a good quality tonic, ice and slices of red apple. Get yours here.

HipChips- snacking box £6.75*
The quirky crisp and dip cafe based in Soho has partnered with Gordon’s Gin to create a gin-snack-box like no other. Customers can expect HipChips signature sweet and savoury, freshly baked crisps to dip into three gin-lightful puddings- earthy yet sweet-Beets, Maple, Feta and Gin- tangy Lime and Gordon’s Cheesecake and my favourite, rich and creamy Gooseberry, Elderflower and Gordon’s Gin. This ridiculously casual snacking experience oozes sophistication. Ironic, yet so right. See the rest of the menu here.

Gin is one of the alcohols that I actually enjoy, so this post is really nice. I might need to get me that carry on kit!
