If you saw (and made) my last recipe a watermelon, goat’s cheese and walnut salad and you are wondering what to do with the rest of the watermelon I have just the thing for you. A hydrating juice that can be made without a juicer and is a beautiful combination of sweet and hydrating fruits.

This post is going to be a super short one, as I’m not sure how much there really is to say about this juice apart from it tastes just like summer in a bottle, it’s super simple to make and I can guarantee you are going to love it as much as me*

I actually shared the recipe for this one over on my Instagram and you seemed to love it so let’s just get right into it.

Makes: 2 glasses
Time to make: Under 5 minutes.

1 Red Apple
1/2 Cucumber (peeled)
10 Strawberries
1 cup of Watermelon

Blend all the ingredients together and share between two glasses and enjoy.

*can’t guarantee you are going to love it as much as me.
