What should you be eating this month?

January is all about the celebration of the root. Combining earthy veg with warming spices to create a delectable delight of stews, curries, soups and mores. 

Mix and match January's produce to create a whole selection of sweet and savoury treats. Beetroot, Brussel's, Cauliflower and Leeks are the key vegetables on offer with Apple, Blood Oranges, Clementines and Rhubarb bringing up the sweeter end of your palate. But don't forget just how delicate these flavours can be and work wonders in both hot and cold dishes.
